Almond Crust – Gluten Free

Very high calorie for those growing youth.  Can be used raw or cooked.

1 1/2 cup almonds, ground
1/4 cup coconut sugar or date sugar (could use sucanat, but won't be "sugar" free)
1-2 tsp water, just as needed

Combine all ingredients till crumbly.  Press firmly into pie pan.  Works best for creamy pies.
