Basic Vegetarian Chili

Tasty Vegetarian Chilli

Also spelled Chilli, taken from Healthy Home Cookin Vol. 6

1 1/2 cups kidney beans or romano beans
2 cups navy beans in tomato sauce
1 cup Dinner Crumbles
1 small onion
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Italian herbs

Combine all and bring to a boil. Let simmer 1 hour.  Serve with Chapattis or tacos. A Delicious vegetarian meal. Serves 4

Nutrition (per serving): 469.5 calories; 2.8g total fat; 0mg cholesterol; 726.7mg sodium; 1379.1mg potassium; 92.2g carbohydrates; 22.1g fiber; 25.2g protein.
