Vegetable Lentil SoupTaken from Vol. 5 of the Healthy Home Cookin' Cookbook Series. Delicious with homemade buns. 5 cups tomato juice (one large can) Bring tomato juice and water to a boil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring back to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Freezes well. Serves 4 |
